Questions
What counts as an event?
Every event Millimetry accepts from your organization's apps and sites, page views included, debug events included. Events it drops (bots, invalid events, events past your limit) do not count.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Owners and admins get an email at 80 % and 100 %. Events keep being accepted up to 110 % of your plan, so a spike does not cut your data off, and then new events are dropped until the month ends (UTC) or you choose a larger plan. Your app and site are unaffected, and there is never an overage charge.
Do my apps share one allowance?
Yes. The allowance belongs to the organization, and every app and site in it draws from it.
How do I pay, change plan or cancel?
Owners choose a plan in the organization's settings and pay on Stripe's secure page; Millimetry never sees your card. Manage billing opens Stripe's portal to change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan stays in place for 7 days while the card is retried. After that the free allowance applies until payment succeeds. Your data is never deleted because of billing.
Is tax included?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added where it applies, based on your billing address.
